Our Full Bookkeeping service means we take the process over completely. We record every transaction from your bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and merchant accounts directly into QuickBooks Online, reconcile all accounts, and build your financial reports. This gives you the easiest tax season possible, along with month-by-month trending so you always know how your year is shaking out at a glance.

For business owners who want to stay closer to their own numbers, or whose budget calls for a lighter touch, we offer Assisted Bookkeeping. Rather than keeping our process a secret, we teach you how to manage your own books and remain available for ongoing training and consulting whenever you need it. Think of us as your safety net. You handle the day-to-day work, and we check in periodically to make sure everything passes the smell test. We cannot promise your financials will be completely free of errors, but we can catch issues early, before they turn into costly problems for a CPA to untangle at tax time or, worse, under audit.

So maybe full-service bookkeeping is too much, and assisted bookkeeping is too little for your needs & your budget. OK Goldilocks let’s get it “just right.”
